The most common complaint about scrap dealers is a rate that changes once the truck has arrived. Here is exactly how ours works, so nothing has to be renegotiated on the day.
Tell us what you have
Call, or WhatsApp a photo with the rough quantity. Photos matter more than descriptions — grade is what sets the price.
Rate agreed up front
We give the rate per kilo or per unit before anyone travels. Large or mixed lots get a free site survey first.
Weighed on your floor
Our scale, your supervision. Every line item is written on a slip you keep. Truck loads go over a public weighbridge.
Paid, loaded, cleared
Payment settles before loading starts. We take the material out, sweep the area and hand you the invoice and gate pass.

Anyone can quote high on the phone and shave it back at the weighbridge. That works once. Most of our volume now comes from factories, offices and building owners who called three dealers the first time and stopped calling around after the second pickup.
- The quote survives the site visit. If the material matches the description, the rate does not move.
- You hold the weighment slip. Line by line, signed, before anything is loaded.
- We clean up. The area is swept and cleared, not left half-stripped for your housekeeping to finish.

Common questions
Before you call, this is what most people ask
Do you charge for pickup, labour or transport?
No. Loading labour, the vehicle and transport are on us for any lot above our minimum quantity — usually 50 kg of metal, or a single AC, DG set or machine. The rate we quote is the rate you receive per kilo; nothing is deducted afterwards for manpower or freight.
How is my scrap weighed, and can I see it?
Everything is weighed in front of you at your own site on our calibrated platform scale, and you get a written slip listing every line item and its weight. Truck-load quantities go over a public weighbridge and you keep the weighbridge receipt. If you would rather use your own scale, we will use it.
When do I get paid?
Before our vehicle leaves your premises. Cash, UPI, NEFT or RTGS — whichever you prefer. For companies that need a purchase order and invoice trail first, we raise a GST invoice and settle by bank transfer on your standard terms.
What is the smallest quantity you will collect?
About 50 kg for loose metal, or any single large item — one air conditioner, one DG set, one machine, one pallet of e-waste. Below that, you are welcome to bring the material to our Jaitpur yard and we will weigh and pay over the counter.
Do you handle sealed factories, tenders and auction lots?
Yes. We take part in company scrap tenders, e-auctions and annual rate contracts, and we can furnish an EMD, a company profile, GST and PAN documents and past work references. Send the tender document to scrapvanta@gmail.com and we will respond with a filled bid.
Will you give paperwork for audit and compliance?
Every collection can be backed by a GST invoice, a gate pass, a weighbridge slip and a material-wise summary. For e-waste we also provide the handover record your CPCB or SPCB file needs, and a data-destruction confirmation for storage media.
How quickly can you reach my site?
Within Delhi we normally survey the same day and lift within 24 hours. Across Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad and Ghaziabad it is usually next-day. Large dismantling jobs are scheduled after a site visit so we can plan manpower, cutting equipment and vehicles.
Do the rates on this website change?
Yes — scrap moves with the metal market, so treat the published figures as indicative. Call or WhatsApp for the rate on the day you actually want to sell; that is the number we honour, and we lock it for 48 hours once we have seen the material.
