About published rates

Every rate on this website is indicative. Scrap prices move with metal markets, and the grade your material actually falls into is determined by inspection, not by description. Nothing published here constitutes a binding offer to purchase at a stated price.

A rate becomes firm when we quote it to you directly after seeing the material, in person or by photograph. We hold such quotes for 48 hours.

Quotations and collections

Quotes assume the material substantially matches what was described to us. Material differences may require a requote, which we will explain before proceeding.
Free pickup applies above our stated minimum quantity, currently around 50 kg of metal or any single large item.
Payment is made against weighed quantities recorded on a slip issued at collection.
Title in the material passes to ScrapVanta on payment. You confirm you are entitled to sell it.

What we will not collect

Biomedical and clinical waste, radioactive material, undeclared chemical containers, explosive or ordnance material, and inert construction debris. These require licensed handlers under separate rules.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability in relation to any collection is limited to the value of the transaction concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, with the courts of Delhi having jurisdiction.
