Plastic Scrap Buyers in Delhi NCR

Plastic pays on polymer type and colour. Segregated material earns close to double what a mixed bag does.

Quick answer

  • Rate band: ₹12 – ₹48 depending on grade, confirmed on the day you sell.
  • Pickup: free across Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad and Ghaziabad, usually within 24 hours.
  • Weighing: on your own floor, in front of you, with a written slip.
  • Payment: cash, UPI or bank transfer before the material is loaded.

Plastic recycling is unforgiving about mixing. HDPE and PP that arrive separated go straight back into useful production; the same material tipped into one bag has to be sorted by hand or downgraded, and the rate reflects that.

For factories generating regular volume we supply colour-coded bins and collect on schedule. The rate sheet is agreed up front and holds for the contract period, so your stores team is not negotiating a fresh price every fortnight.

Plastic Scrap rates by grade

These are working ranges for the Delhi NCR market. Grade decides the number far more than quantity does, so the first thing we do on site is sort and identify.

What we accept

  • HDPE and PP drums, jerry cans and containers
  • Injection moulding runners, sprues and rejects
  • Crates, pallets and returnable packaging
  • PVC pipe, profile and cable insulation waste
  • PET bottles, baled or loose
  • Woven sacks, jumbo bags and liners
  • ABS appliance and electronics housings
  • Factory reject batches and off-spec production

Moulding units and packaging plants

Runner and sprue waste is generated every shift and it is the cleanest plastic in the market — single polymer, single colour, uncontaminated. Kept segregated it commands the top of the range. We collect weekly or fortnightly and supply the bins.

Drums and chemical containers

Used chemical drums are bought only when the previous contents are declared and the drum is triple-rinsed. Food-grade and non-hazardous drums are straightforward. We will not take undeclared chemical containers, and any buyer who does is creating a problem for someone downstream.

How to sell your plastic scrap

  1. Send photos. WhatsApp a couple of clear pictures with a rough quantity to +91 79831 29840. Photographs settle grading questions faster than any description.
  2. Get an indicative rate. We reply with a range, usually within the hour during working times.
  3. Book the pickup. Our team reaches you with the scale, tools and vehicle. Larger lots get a free survey first.
  4. Watch the weighing. Every grade is weighed separately and written on a slip you keep.
  5. Take payment. Cash, UPI or bank transfer settles before loading. Invoice and gate pass follow on request.
Not sure which grade you have? That is normal, and it is our job rather than yours. Send photographs on WhatsApp and we will tell you what it is and what it is worth before anyone travels.

Plastic Scrap — common questions

What is the plastic scrap rate today?

Natural HDPE typically runs ₹38–48 per kg and natural PP ₹34–44, with coloured grades roughly ₹10 lower. Mixed or contaminated plastic falls to ₹12–20. Segregation is where the money is, more so than with any metal.

Do I need to clean the plastic before selling?

Reasonably free of food residue, oil and dirt is enough — no washing required. Heavily contaminated material can still be sold but drops to the mixed rate. Dry material also weighs honestly, which is in your interest.

Do you buy used chemical drums?

Only with the previous contents declared and the drum rinsed. Food-grade, lubricant and non-hazardous drums are routine. We decline anything undeclared — that is not caution for its own sake, it is how contaminated material stays out of the recycling stream.

Is there a minimum quantity for plastic?

Around 100 kg for free pickup, since plastic is bulky relative to its value. Factories on a scheduled contract have no minimum per collection — we simply come on the agreed day.
