No. Pickup, labour and transport are free when we are buying your scrap. You are not charged for our team carrying items down or for the vehicle.

On a flat digital scale placed at your door, where you can read every weight. Each material — paper, iron, aluminium, copper, plastic — is weighed separately, so nothing gets paid at a lower rate by being mixed in.

On the spot, before our team leaves — cash or UPI, whichever you prefer. Offices can also be paid by bank transfer, with a bill and weighment slip.

Yes, for normal household lots. If it is only a few kilos, tell us — we can often combine your pickup with another one in your area the same day, or you can drop it at our Jaitpur base.

In South and South East Delhi, often the same day if you call before noon. Elsewhere in NCR, usually the next day.

Yes, or someone you trust — so they can watch the weighing and receive payment.

Construction debris (malba), medical waste, chemicals and hazardous liquids, and thermocol or dirty food packaging.

Yes. Broken furniture, dead appliances and non-working electronics are all bought for their material value.

Yes. Usable furniture and working appliances of reasonable age are valued above scrap.

No — clothes in good condition are better donated.

Yes. Offices and shops get a weighment slip and a bill.

Yes. Most office clearances are done on evenings or weekends.

Yes. We coordinate with your RWA for a fixed collection day and pay every resident individually.
