An air conditioner has real value even when it no longer cools — most of it is in the copper coil, the compressor and the metal body. That is why a dead AC is worth calling about, and why you should not let it disappear as part of someone else's installation job.
Our team uninstalls window and split units, including the outdoor unit and the copper piping, and we buy them at your doorstep. A working AC of a recent model is valued as a second-hand unit, not as scrap.

Before the AC comes down
If you are buying a new AC, do not sign away the old one to the installer without asking what it is worth. Get our figure first — it takes one WhatsApp photo of the unit and its label.
Mention the floor and where the outdoor unit is mounted. Units on a high wall or a difficult ledge need an extra pair of hands, and we would rather plan for that than improvise.

Do you buy ACs that are not working?
Yes. A dead AC still contains copper, a compressor and metal, so it has value.
Will you uninstall the AC?
Yes, free of charge when we are buying the unit. We remove both the indoor and outdoor units.
Do you buy ACs from offices in bulk?
Yes. Offices replacing several split units can have them all removed in one visit.
What happens to the gas?
We do not deliberately vent refrigerant; units go to recyclers who handle the gas and the metal.
