Who we are
A scrap business that would rather be checked than trusted
Ask anyone who has sold scrap in Delhi and you will hear the same story twice: a good rate on the phone, a lower one once the truck arrives, and a scale nobody could read. It is common enough that most sellers assume it is simply how the trade works.
ScrapVanta was set up to be the version that survives being checked. We sort in front of you. We weigh on your floor. We hand you a written slip before anything is loaded, and we pay before the vehicle moves. None of that is generous — it is just what happens when a buyer expects to be back next quarter.
Today we work with factories across the NCR industrial belt, corporate offices and IT companies clearing floors, building owners retiring plant, contractors closing out sites, and a steady stream of households and RWAs who found us and stayed.

How we work
Four commitments, and what they cost us
Every one of these is easier to skip. We list them here so you can hold us to them.
Quote it once
The number we give on the phone is the number we pay, provided the material matches what you described. Renegotiating at the weighbridge is the oldest trick in this trade and we do not use it.
Work it safely
Hot cutting, height work and panel isolation are done by trained crews with PPE and a supervisor. No scrap value justifies an injury.
Route it properly
Metal to registered smelters, e-waste and batteries to authorised recyclers, oil to licensed handlers. Nothing from a ScrapVanta collection is burned in an open yard.
What we handle
Twelve material categories and eight service lines, but they divide neatly into three kinds of work.
Buying material that is already loose
Metal, cable, batteries, e-waste, plastic and mixed loads that are sitting in a yard, a store or a corner of a workshop. We grade, weigh and pay. This is most of the volume.
Taking material out first
Office strip-outs, industrial dismantling, plant and machinery removal, DG sets, lifts and site clearance. Here the material is bolted down and the work is the removal — the buy-back is set against the cost of doing it.
Ongoing collection
Rate contracts for factories, hotels, hospitals, malls and offices that generate scrap continuously and want a fixed collection day rather than a negotiation every fortnight.
Compliance and paperwork
We issue GST invoices, gate passes and item-wise weighment records as standard. E-waste goes to recyclers authorised under the E-Waste (Management) Rules and batteries through the channel the Battery Waste Management Rules require, with the handover record supplied for your file. Used oil from transformers and DG sets goes to licensed handlers.
For companies this matters more than the rate. As the waste generator your obligation does not end when the truck leaves your gate, and the documentation is the part that actually protects you.

Where is ScrapVanta based?
Our yard and office are at Main Road, Near Masjid Khadda Colony, Block G, Jaitpur Extn Part 2, Jaitpur, New Delhi – 110044. Jaitpur sits in South East Delhi, close to Badarpur and the Faridabad border, which puts most of the NCR industrial belt within about an hour's run.
What areas do you cover?
Delhi in full, plus Noida and Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. For large industrial lots we travel further into Haryana and western Uttar Pradesh — call and ask.
Are you registered for GST?
Yes. We issue GST invoices for every business collection, and can furnish GST and PAN documentation for tenders, vendor registration and auction participation.
Who actually turns up?
Our own staff, in our own vehicles. The person who quotes your job is the person who runs it — we do not hand work to a subcontracted crew you have never spoken to.
