Electronics contain copper, aluminium, precious metals on circuit boards — and also lead, mercury and other substances that should never be burned or dumped. Much informal e-waste in Delhi ends up being burned in the open to recover the copper.
We collect e-waste from homes and offices, pay for it by type and weight, and route it to authorised e-waste recyclers. For phones, laptops and computers, we strongly recommend wiping your data first — and will show you how.

Wipe your data before you sell
For phones: back up, sign out of your Google or Apple account, then do a full factory reset. Remove the SIM and memory card. For laptops and computers: back up, then reset the operating system or remove the hard disk and keep it.
If a device will not switch on, take out the hard disk or memory card yourself, or ask our team to remove it in front of you so you can keep it.

Yes. Old phones, chargers, cables and small gadgets are all collected as e-waste.
Do you buy old CRT TVs?
Yes. CRT TVs and monitors are collected and sent for proper recycling.
What happens to my data?
Please wipe your devices before handing them over. If a device does not work, we can remove the hard disk in front of you so you keep it.
