Contract Scrap Pickup for Businesses

A rate sheet, a fixed collection day and one invoice a month. No haggling at the loading bay.

In short

  • Free survey before we quote anything — we do not price a job from a photograph.
  • Two figures, shown separately: the cost of the work and the value of the material recovered.
  • Our own insured crew, equipment and vehicles. Nothing subcontracted to a team you have not met.
  • Full documentation: method statement, insurance, weighment records, gate passes and GST invoice.

Businesses that generate scrap continuously do not want a negotiation every fortnight. They want a known collection day, a rate sheet that holds, and documentation that reconciles cleanly at month end without anyone chasing a gate pass.

We run scheduled collections for factories, hotels, hospitals, malls, schools and office complexes across Delhi NCR. The rate sheet is agreed at the start, indexed to the market and revised on a fixed cycle rather than opportunistically.

What the scope covers

Factories & workshops
Production waste, off-cuts, rejects, turnings and packaging on a weekly or fortnightly cycle.
Hotels & restaurants
Kitchen equipment, refrigeration, furniture, linen room clear-outs and renovation waste.
Hospitals & labs
Non-clinical equipment, furniture, IT hardware and general metal. Clinical waste is excluded and stays with your licensed handler.
Malls & retail
Display racking, signage, shopfitting, packaging and fit-out waste between tenancies.
Schools & institutions
Desks, lab benches, workshop equipment and IT hardware.
Offices & IT parks
Ongoing furniture, cabling, IT and general waste, plus one-off floor clearances.

How the job runs

Waste survey

We walk your site, identify each stream, estimate volumes and recommend segregation that will actually raise what you receive.

Rate sheet & contract

A rate per grade, a collection cycle, escalation terms and a revision date, documented so both sides can point at it.

Scheduled collection

Same day each cycle. Weighed at your gate, gate pass issued on the spot, no waiting for a callback.

Monthly reconciliation

One consolidated GST invoice with a material-wise summary, matching the individual gate passes.

How it is priced

We quote two numbers and keep them separate: what the removal costs, and what the recovered material is worth. Blending them into one figure hides which side of the trade you are on. Where the material value exceeds the removal cost you receive a net payment; where it does not, you pay the difference and nothing more.

Nothing is added afterwards for labour, transport or disposal. If the survey missed something genuinely unforeseen we come back to you before doing the work, not after.

Working to a deadline? Tell us the date on the first call. It is the constraint that shapes crew size, sequencing and whether the job is achievable at all — and we would rather say no early than miss it. Call +91 79831 29840.

Questions we get asked

How often do you collect?

Whatever the volume calls for — weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or on call when a bin fills. Most manufacturing clients settle on fortnightly; hotels and malls are usually monthly with extra calls around renovations.

Do you supply bins for segregation?

Yes, labelled bins for each stream at no charge, and we brief your stores team on what belongs where. Segregation genuinely raises what you get paid — segregated brass and aluminium turnings alone typically pay for the discipline within two collections.

How are rates revised?

On the date written into the contract, against a published market reference. That means neither side is renegotiating in the loading bay, and your procurement team can forecast the line rather than guess at it.

Can you handle multiple sites under one contract?

Yes. Multi-site clients get one rate sheet, one point of contact and one consolidated monthly invoice with a site-wise breakdown, which is usually what the finance team actually wants.

Do you take clinical or hazardous waste?

No. Biomedical and hazardous waste must go to a licensed handler under separate rules, and we will not take it. We collect the non-clinical streams — equipment, furniture, metal, IT and packaging — alongside your existing licensed arrangement.

Need contract scrap pickup? Start with a survey.

Tell us the site, the scope and the date. We will come and look, then give you the removal cost and the buy-back value side by side.
