A construction site accumulates surplus steadily and then needs all of it gone at once. Shuttering plate that has done its cycles, centring material past reuse, rebar off-cuts, damaged scaffolding, cut pipe and packaging all become a handover obstacle on the same week.
We clear sites in one operation, sorting the reusable from the melt-only as we go and paying accordingly. Shuttering plate with life left in it is worth notably more than plate that only has a smelter in its future, and we grade for that rather than blending.

How the job runs
Site visit
We come to the site, look at the stack, sort mentally into reusable and melt, and quote against the actual lot rather than a photograph.
Grading on site
Shuttering and scaffolding checked for reusable condition in front of your storekeeper — that grading is where the money moves.
Weighbridge
Loads go over a public weighbridge and you keep both slips. Small lots are weighed on our platform scale at the gate.
Clearance
Area cleared and swept. Gate pass and invoice issued the same day so your handover file closes.
How it is priced
We quote two numbers and keep them separate: what the removal costs, and what the recovered material is worth. Blending them into one figure hides which side of the trade you are on. Where the material value exceeds the removal cost you receive a net payment; where it does not, you pay the difference and nothing more.
Nothing is added afterwards for labour, transport or disposal. If the survey missed something genuinely unforeseen we come back to you before doing the work, not after.
Questions we get asked
Do you buy used shuttering plate?
Yes, and we grade it. Plate still fit for further cycles is worth meaningfully more per kilo than plate that is only good for melting, so we sort in front of your storekeeper rather than paying one blended figure for the stack.
Can you clear a site at handover on short notice?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours for Delhi sites, subject to the load size and vehicle availability. Tell us the handover date when you first call — it is the constraint that shapes everything else about the job.
How do you handle weighing for large loads?
Public weighbridge, empty and loaded, and you keep both receipts. You are welcome to send your storekeeper with the vehicle. For anything under a tonne we use a platform scale at your gate instead.
Do you take construction debris and malba?
We take the metal, packaging and reusable material. Inert malba — concrete, brick and rubble — needs a C&D waste handler and a different vehicle type, and we will point you to one rather than pretending we can lift it as scrap.
